ARTCO™ Poros Stones

ARTCO™ Poros Stones are composed of silicon carbide grain and are very similar to the ARTCO™ Silicon Carbide Stones with added porosity. These stones are designed for rapid breakdown and conform easily to the detailed surfaces. ARTCO™ Poros Stones are also non-loading making them great polishing soft metals such as aluminum or beryllium and tool steels alike. ARTCO™ Poros Stones are available in 120, 150, 180, 220, 320, 400, 500, and 600 grits.
ARTCO™ Poros Stones are designed for hand finishing with Stone Holders. ARTCO™ Poros Stones are non-loading so can be used with or without a lubricant such as our ARTCO™ Stoning Oil, Norton Stoning Oil, or Boride BORI-LUBE 10.
