Guarantee/Returns

We pride ourselves in carrying only the highest quality tools and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything for any reason or no reason at all. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order! 

Should items need to be returned, please email to info@artcotools.com or call us at +1(800) 624-2212 within seven (7) days of receiving your order for a return authorization. Returns will be accepted within 7 days as long as the items remain unused and in their original packaging.

All orders paid by check or money order will be shipped upon processing of payment.

Delivery Time

Most orders ship the same business day as the order is received. In order to expedite shipments, we sometimes drop ship directly from our suppliers to you, so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Shipping

ArtcoTools.com typically uses UPS Ground for shipping within the United States. We have found UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers. If an expedited delivery is required, we can ship by air to most destinations. There are additional costs to ship by air. In the event you require a rush order, please call during normal business hours (8:00a.m. - 5:00p.m. PST) or note this on your shopping cart order. We will do whatever we can to accommodate your requests. We charge only the actual shipping costs. Additionally, we can ship freight collect when provided with your preferred carrier's account number - Fed Ex, DHL, or UPS.

International shipments are made via DHL Express unless otherwise specified.

Sales Tax

State sales taxes will be assessed for orders that are shipped within the State of California. Items sold for resale will require a signed resale certificate.
