Tecnara's unique MST Modular milling attachmant adapts to the mini NSK right-angled spindle heads allowing for light-duty milling and drilling in confined, hard-to-reach areas otherwise impossible to machine.
This spindle drive system employs the best of the Tecnara modular MST Rite Angled adapter with the precision of the NSK 90° angled attachments. Use caution not to use the NSK spindles in a manner beyond their designed capacity. If using oversized tooling (i.e. with turned down shanks to fit smaller diameter collets), consider these spindles as perishable components. We strongly advise considering purchasing two spindles to have a back-up in case of premature wear or failure at inopportune times. NSK spindles are very reliable and will perform operations in areas otherwise inaccessible; they are also well worth repairing.

We have seen these spindles used for drilling holes up to 3/8" diameter next to walls and ribs where no other tool would reach.
