The NSK Nakanishi Planet 600 turns a milling machine or machining center into a Jig Grinding Machine when attaching a standard adjustable boring head to the machine and utilizing this spindle.
- When mounted to a turning center, the Planet 600 spindle can be used as a precision internal grinder.
- The spindle uses ultra-precision ball bearings specially developed for high speed milling and grinding.
- A unique adapted air exhaust system keeps noise to a minimum.
- Can be used as a high speed grinder in specialty built machines.
- Available collets ranging from 0.5mm thru 6.35mm (1/4") diameter in 0.1mm increments. Sold separately.
- Excellent performance at a relatively low cost.
