HTS Series Features
• High-Speed 150,000 rpm.
• Suitable cutting tool diameter; less than R0.5mm Ball End Mill.
• Negligible spindle expansion; Air Turbine mechanism has extremely low heat generation. Only a minimal warm up time is required ex. 1-2 min. Up to cutting tool R x 0.1 mm depth of cut is possible.
• Very High Feed Rates are possible.
• Highly stable milling conditions are possible with very small diameter cutting tools. Usable max. cutting tool diameter: Ball End Mill R0.5 mm, Square End Mill Ø1 mm.
• Dramatically shorten mold cavity machining time.
