Foredom® M.TXBH Bench Type Motor, 115V, with heavy duty square drive sheath assembly. This item does not include a handpiece or speed controller.
Please note that TXB and TXBH Motors are identical, however the TXBH Series Motors are equipped with a heavier, S-10801TX Square Drive Sheath Assembly for large scale, more demanding jobs. Any of Foredom®'s four Square Drive Handpieces (sold separately) can be used with the square drive sheath assembly. Foredom® M.TXB Motor requires a Speed Control for operation (sold separately), and can be used with Foredom®'s TXR-1, SXR-1, or EMX-1 variable speed controls. M.TXB Motors are only available in 115V.
The M.TXB Motor is Foredom®'s most powerful flex shaft machine with 1/3 HP*. They have permanent magnet DC motors that feature the latest in flex shaft technology. These ball bearing models utilize advanced rare earth magnets (in place of the wound fields in our universal type Series SR motors) that deliver more torque at the low end and throughout the entire speed range of 500 to 15,000 RPM. No other flex shaft gives you greater control of the cutting tool, drill, or bur under any load.
