ARTCO Resin Bond Cartridge Rolls

ARTCO Resin Bond Cartridge Rolls are versatile Coated Abrasives composed of rolled cloth-backed Aluminum Oxide sold in packages of 100 pieces. Cartridge Rolls are designed to progressively wear with use, exposing layers of new abrasive below, making them great for getting a uniform finish on ferrous alloys, high-tensile materials, and wood. Resin bonded cartridge rolls are known for their resilience and ability to withstand high heat and pressure.

ARTCO Cartridge Rolls are available in a variety of sizes and grits; additional sizes and grits are available upon request. Cartridge Rolls are ideal for sanding and finishing applications in hard-to-reach spaces and irregular corners and are widely used for polishing inner diameters (ex. ring polishing, cylinder porting), dead-end holes, and lapping. ARTCO Cartridge Rolls are also available in a more cost-effective, less resilient Glue Bond.

Mount with ARTCO Pilot Mandrels by matching the Inner Diameter (ID) of the cartridge roll with the Pilot Diameter (A) of the mandrel.
