Foredom® M.TXMH Hang-Up Motor, 115V, with heavy duty square drive sheath assembly. This item does not include a handpiece.
Please note that TXM and TXMH Motors are identical, however the TXMH Series Motors are equipped with a heavier, S-10801TX Square Drive Sheath Assembly for large scale, more demanding jobs. Any of Foredom®'s four Square Drive Handpieces (sold separately) can be used with the square drive sheath assembly. M.TXMH Motors are only available in 115V. The M.TXMH Motor contains an internal dial speed controller, this manual style control allows you to maintain and return to a desired speed, time and again, by using the motor on/off switch rather than the speed control to power up the unit.
The M.TXMH Motor is Foredom®'s most powerful flex shaft machine with 1/3 HP*. They have permanent magnet DC motors that feature the latest in flex shaft technology. These ball bearing models utilize advanced rare earth magnets (in place of the wound fields in our universal type Series SR motors) that deliver more torque at the low end and throughout the entire speed range of 500 to 15,000 RPM. No other flex shaft gives you greater control of the cutting tool, drill, or bur under any load.
