Foredom® M.TX-SXR Hang-Up Motor, 115V, with standard key tip shaft and sheath and C.SXR-1 Foot Control. This item does not include a handpiece.
Foredom® M.TX-SXR Motor is equipped with a S-77 Outer Sheath and S-93 Inner Sheath for connecting any of Foredom®'s key tip compatible handpieces (sold separately). M.TX-SXR Motor and Foot Control are only available in 115V.
Foredom®'s C.SXR-1 foot operated speed control comes in a metal housing and the extra weight provides added stability and control. It features the same durable, solid state electronics as the C.TXR-1. The ergonomics allow precise and reliable speed control with your foot. The C.SXR-1 has special electronics that converts AC current from an electrical outlet to DC current- the type required by the motor. It also has a special plug that fits the motor’s shielded plug.
The M.TX Motor is Foredom®'s most powerful flex shaft machine with 1/3 HP*. They have permanent magnet DC motors that feature the latest in flex shaft technology. These ball bearing models utilize advanced rare earth magnets (in place of the wound fields in our universal type Series SR motors) that deliver more torque at the low end and throughout the entire speed range of 500 to 15,000 RPM. No other flex shaft gives you greater control of the cutting tool, drill, or bur under any load.
