This reciprocating profiler is a precise, easy to operate tool performing such operations as deburring, filing, stoning, and polishing straight and curved surfaces, finishing intricate dies and molds, and many other similar applications. Profilers are an indispensable tool for speeding up time consuming hand operations.
The FPC/R attaches onto most any flexshaft unit using a key-tipped cable drive. Stroke adjustments are made via set screw on the center cam. This heavy-duty profiler features larger bearings, a beefed-up connecting rod and front-end design, thereby dramatically extending tool life and reducing repair costs. Made in Sweden.
