This reciprocating profiler is a precise, easy to operate tool performing such operations as deburring, filing, stoning, and polishing straight and curved surfaces, finishing intricate dies and molds, and many other similar applications. The FPS/R Electric Profiler attaches onto most any flexshaft unit using a key-tipped cable drive. Stroke adjustments can be made via set screw on the center cam. This heavy-duty profiler features larger bearings, a beefed-up connecting rod and front-end design, thereby dramatically extending tool life and reducing repair costs.
