The NSK Nakanishi Sonic Cutter Horn is a replacement part for Sonic Cutter transducer heads, either the US-15CB handheld cutter or US-16CB machine cutter attachment.
When the horn is no longer vibrating as it should, it is generally recommended to replace this horn component along with the set screw holding the blades.
