ARTCO Blue Mounted Stones - 'A' - 1/4" Ø Shank

ARTCO Mounted Stones are developed especially for grinding hard steels and metals. These Stones are incredibly versatile grinding tools for economic and effective mold and die fabrication and repair, weld seam preparation and finishing, grinding, smoothing and deburring. ARTCO Mounted Stones are available is a wide range of of shapes, grits and bonds to ensure you have the right tool for every job.

ARTCO Blue Mounted Stones are developed especially for grinding hard steels and metals and are fantastic for a wide variety of work pieces. 80 grit Aluminum Oxide abrasive grain is held in place by a strong vitrified (ceramic) bond designed to continually reveal new grain and provide a consistently sharp cutting edge, making them great for rapid stock removal without compromising tool life.

ARTCO 'A' Series Blue Mounted Stones are bonded to a 1/4" Ø steel shank; available shapes and sizes are identified on the Specifications tab. ARTCO 'A' Series Blue Mounted Stones are also available on a 1/8" Ø steel shank, in a variety of Mounted Stone Kits and in other grits which can be found in Related Products below.
