The Dumore MLCS20 heavy duty speed control is a voltage sensitive device which will maintain constant torque at all speeds. Use only on Universal (AC-DC) brush-type motors rated up to 20 Amps maximum.

The low, medium and high scale of the speed control is proportional, that is non-linear because of varying factors such as incoming line voltage (110-130V) or the size of the attached motor. All motors will be fully adjustable in some range on the scale.

Ideal applications include Foredom and Dumore flexible shaft machines and electric hand grinders.

Note: At very slow speeds, without a load, the attached motor may not run smoothly. However, with a load applied, the speed will be constant.
