This NSK Nakanishi spindle is specially designed for easy tool replacement. The cutting tool can be exchanged automatically by supplying air to the collet release mechanism connection. This high-precision NSK Nakanishi spindle utilizes high precision bearings.
Special sealed collets prevent powder debris and residue from entering the spindle during dental, circuit board, and other non-ferrous metal machining. ATC-RS stands for the 'Auto Tool Change - Rubber Seal'.
Note: as of Dec-2024, this spindle has replaced the NR50-5100 ATC spindle which has been discontinued and is no longer available.
