UHT Ushio TurboLap Air Filer

UHT Ushio TurboLap Air Filers are great tools for any mold and die shop's polishing bench. Ideal for deburring and finishing ribs, slots, and other intricate parts. Commonly used for lapping, polishing, honing, and carving of molds and precision parts.
The TurboLap provides high-speed reciprocation and high-torque in either a linear or elliptical "swing" motion. The linear stroke is designed for draw-filing narrow areas while the swing stroke provides a unique elliptical stroke well suited for finishing side walls at the bottom of mold cavities. Choose a fixed stroke of 0.3, 0.7, or 1.2mm. Stroke frequency is controlled by means of a ring throttle. The design of the TurboLap is light and well balanced using an ergonomic, soft grip housing for comfort. Air exhausts out the back overhose providing a relatively quiet operation, 59-73dB(A).
Commonly used with Ceramic SuperStones or Tapered Diamond Machine Files. The most common model TurboLap sold is TLL-07.
