Hot Die Ground Back Barrette Needle Files are widely used in making and repairing extrusion dies. Hot Die (sometimes referred to as Die Hard) Needle files are the hardest files made for use on 72 Rockwell C. These files work efficiently on materials such as stainless steel, nickel and alloys, plastic, reinforced plastics, castings, molybdenum and alloys, titanium and alloys.
A special treatment on these files allows for free flow of chips and prevents clogging. Hot Die Needle Files last longer and provide greater cutting efficiency for your hardest jobs.
Only available in Cut 0 (Coarse).
