Diprofil® Polishing Machines have developed a reputation as the industry standard through decades of experience. This reciprocating profiler is a precise, easy to operate tool performing such operations as deburring, filing, stoning, and polishing straight and curved surfaces, finishing intricate dies and molds, and many other similar applications. Diprofil® Profilers are an indispensable tool for speeding up time consuming hand operations.
The FPLR/MFB Air Profiler Set includes a FPL/R Air Profiler, HSL-M Quick Coupling, and MFB Fog Lubrication Unit and Oil.
The FPL/R Air Profiler features a piston type motor that provides constant torque regardless of speed and pressure. Stroke adjustments can be made via set screw on the center cam. Automatic lubrication and rugged construction yield long profiler life and low maintenance.
In addition to making the connection to your air supply smooth and easy the HSL-M Connector Coupling also incorporates an on/off regulator which is not included on the air-driven machines them selves.
By filtering and lubricating the compressed air, the MFB Fog Lubrication Unit and Oil prolongs the lifetime of the machine. The unit consists of an air filter, regulator, manometer and a fog lubrication device, all in one with the required air hose and Dipro-fog air lubrication oil, 0.5L type MFA-K.
