Diamond Grinding Wheel Type 11V9 are designed for use on Deckel, Kuhlmann or Alexander manual tool & cutter grinders for dry grinding carbide tools. The wheel shape type 11V9 has the diamond segment along the outer periphery of the wheel for those users who wish to keep a sharp leading edge on their wheels. The grinding surface is on the front face that is 1/8" wide. Wheels range in grits from 60 thru 800.
Stocked Grits:
- 220 Standard
- 150 Roughing
Non-stock grit wheels are made to order with a three week lead time.
Dimensions: 3.75" Ø × 1.5" × 20mm Hole
Diamond grit D = specify
Diamond concentration N = 100
Diamond thickness B = 1/8"
Diamond width W = 3/8"
