ARTCO Green Stones are premium grade silicon-carbide finishing stones ideal for use on a variety of metals including hardened tool steel. Green Stones are soft-bonded and fast-cutting making them excellent to achieve a beautiful matte finish and are especially well suited for polishing contours. ARTCO Green Stones are available in 220, 320, and 400 grits.
ARTCO Green Stones are non-loading so can be used with or without a lubricant such as our ARTCO Stoning Oil, Norton Stoning Oil, or Boride BORI-LUBE 10. ARTCO Green Stones are designed for hand finishing with Stone Holders, use with reciprocating Profilers, and Ultrasonic Polishers.
