Finley Dual Spindle Servo Drive Attachment

Both spindles are driven by a Servo Motor which is controlled by an independent axis in the Machine Control Computer. This computer can coordinate the exact speed of the spindle and other selected axis simultaneously. The fully Servo Controlled Spindles are capable of Rigid Tapping or Gear Hobbing as well as Milling and Drilling. The spindles used are the Belt Driven Model 3610BD. The Servo Motor can be accurately controlled from zero to 4,750. RPM. Optional motors can reach 10,000 RPM. Uses standard RD 16 collets. A set of 10 collets will hold all tools from .5MM(.020”) to 10MM(.3937”).
